Terms and Conditions

1. The nice’n easy competition is open to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 years and over, except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”) or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw, including employees of Procter & Gamble UK (‘’P&G’’) and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this prize draw.
2. To enter the prize draw, you must purchase a nice’n easy product (excluding colour sealed gloss conditioner) from any Superdrug store or online at superdrug.com between Wednesday 21 October 2015 and Tuesday 24 November 2015.
3. Entrants must complete the online entry form by going to www.superdrug.com/competitions/niceneasy. You must ensure that you safely retain your proof of purchase.
4. Entries must be received by 23:59 on Tuesday 8th December 2015.
5. Only one entry per household.
6. Entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, use offensive language or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
7. There will be one winner. The winner will receive a trip to NYC for two people Both the winner and their guest must be aged over 18.
8. The prize is valid until 31st March 2016 with no date exclusions (based on flights availability)
9. The trip to NYC includes return economy flights from Great Britain to New York JFK, airport and hotel transfers in NYC, 2 nights 5* hotel accommodation sharing a twin or double room and £500 spending money in total.
10. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 10th December 2015
11. The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. All other expenses (including but not limited to transfers to and from departure airport in Great Britain) are the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest.
12. The winner and their guest must have a valid passport for travel and any visa requirements are the responsibility of the individuals. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
13. The winner will be notified by email using the details provided by 15 December 2015. The winner must claim their prize, providing details of their proof of purchase, within 14 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
14. Once a winner has claimed their prize, Superdrug will pass their personal details onto a third party agency, acting on behalf of P&G, for the purpose of prize fulfilment which includes booking airport transfers, flights, hotel stay and transferring £500 spending money for the trip to NYC for 2 people.
