Hi,
I have been looking through my bank statements on line as I am certain I should have been contacted by Sentinel. I'm sure I saw it directly on credit card statements years back but wondered if it was a separate payment taken out of my bank, it appears it isn't.
However, whilst searching my statements from 2008/2009 I notice that I have had payments taken out from Privacyguard and Ikano which I believe are two PPI type products? Am I right in thinking this and if so should I be able to claim if I was missold?
I also have come across various mastercard/credit card numbers on my statement which I guess were old account numbers, is it worth me calling the providers to see if I had PPI/Sentinel or would I have been contacted if I had?
Hope someone can offer some advice
Thank you

Privacyguard sell some kind of credit monitoring service. Ikano are a bank, set up by the same people who set up IKEA. Ever had an IKEA store card?0 -
So Privacyguard don't fall under PPI claims etc?
I've not had Ikea card but I did have various New Look, Top Shop etc store cards when I was younger0 -
Also, Paymentshield, any idea what this would be? I've just found that on a statement also
Thanks again for any help0
