I live in a fairly small flat, combi boiler, gch and gas hob. The engineers just did the annual gas safe cert and I hace noticed that it says '1.5mb drop in tightness, no smell reported'. I know there is a tightness threshold, which it is under, but wondered if it should be explored further, considering last year there was a 1 mb drop, so is getting worse.

When i askes engineer if all ok, he just said "yep, all fine" ...

Any insights?
