I suppose you could slow roast it in an oven using the coke, throw away the juices then add the bbq sauce and more coke and cook for a bit longer. Not sure of oven temps though.

Hmm I like the idea of a slow cooked gammon joint but cos the g/f is on weight watchers it's like they go off the measurements of the cut of meat. But you are chucking away all the fat so how should that work....?
