Wowcher Code Redemmed, but cannot book preferred choice. Can I get refund?

Hi All,

Just need abit of advice about some gift vouchers I bought through Wowcher there customer Service is closed, but will be calling 1st thing tommorw.

Basically I bought 2x Afternoon Tea vouchers from the Wowcher Site. I looked at all the locations that would take the voucher and booked on the basis that there was one I could attend.

I went through the process to redeem the voucher, and the hotel that would be serving the afternoon tea that I had in mind is not on the list.

I have read what I can on the terms and conditions and as long as the voucher has not been redeemed by the supplier I can get a full refund from Wowcher. unfortunatetly the voucher had to be redeemed in order for me to book my preferred choice. I will be pushing for a full refund what do you think my chances are?

By the way I have looked at the wowcher advert and I cant see anywhere where it states "locations can be changed at anytime" however it does state this once I have gone through to the buyagift/experiencemore site, but I would not have known this as it was not put on the original advert.

If it was advertised as location X being available, but when booking X isn't available, then you are entitled to a full refund.

I think I would phone location X to ask why they are listed on the advert but cannot be booked.
