Lloyds 2 year RS

Could those of you that are further in the process than me just let me know what they received gross after year 1 and also year 2 if they paid in £500 first and then £250 each month thereafter. Thanks.

If you'd timed payments in to maximise interest you should be getting around the £150 mark NET. I was quite happy with £149.73 and looking forward to a lot more next may !

Well I was credited with only £131-77. I must have got my timing wrong somewhere along the line.

I deposited £500 on the 22nd June 2006, then £250 on the 30th June and last day of every subsequent month. Interest credited 22nd June 2007 was £131-77. Have I been robbed?

you could have deposited £250 on 1st July, then 1st of each month thereafter

No, but what you could have done was to deposit £500 on 1st June followed by a £250 S/O 2nd/3rd/4th (or earlist date possible) June and then another £250 on the 1st-3rd (depending on w/end) each month thereafter.

The moral is - Get your £250 deposited as early as possible in the month to maximise interest gain !

Well I only got £125.72 despite having put £500 in on 1 June, then £250 on 21st June and then every month, so I've really messed up somewhere along the line.

I got just under £150 interest by opening it towards the end of May 2006 with £500. My first SO payment went in 3 days later. I then brought my 2nd SO payment forward which arrived on the 1st June, thereby making the balance £1,000 within 7 days. My SO has been transferring in £250 on the earliest working day of each month from the 2nd SO payment onwards.
