Entry Form - competition name: CHOCOLATE HAMPER
Prize: Mixed truffle-chocolate hamper includes a bag of 16 truffles, one chocolate disc and two chocolate lollies. Anna’s chocolate is always made fresh at Kaffeehaus Amadeus where she specialise in handmade truffles, pralines, chocolate bars, shapes, and lollipops. Only the finest Belgian chocolate is selected for her creations, as well as dried fruits, fruit pastes, nuts and spices.
Must be collected from the shop. Schokoladen by Anna will need one week's notice prior to collection, as their chocolate is always freshly made.
