    As previous poster mentioned www.pricescope.com and there forums are best place to look for diamond advice and a quick search showed http://www.usacerteddiamonds.com/ which are in ontario and ive heard good reviews on pricescope about them. You will get a bigger and better diamond if you bought from them or any of the usa sites due to the exchange rate. Our purchase was a 1.07 carat D VS1 Princess cut set with 1/2 in yellow gold and we only paid £3200 which you wont get in the uk. We used www.abazias.com and got great advice and service.

    Also this part of the site you can do a diamond search http://www.pricescope.com/ and it will show you what diamonds are available in your price range and spec.
