Old news.

After (relative) motor insurance price stability over the past three or four years, given the (supposed) economic (and wage) improvement it was almost bound to happen.
The FT and others warned of this increase throughout 2015 in January of this year; here's one from The Telegraph as an example:

mine has come down.
I was quoted £375 by LV which is similar to last year with LV .
I have had two no fault accidents ,aixa refused to insure me .
Aviva quoted £208 .

Confused.com phoned me this morning and put my through to one off their third party brokers who quoted me over £500 for aviva .He made it sound like a great deal .I had to burst his bubble and tell him Aviva quoted me £208 .:rotfl:
