BTL Options

Hi, have to remortgage my BTL property on 31.12.15, have been offered:

• 2 year fixed = 2.70% - £426 per month over 25 years, £199 arrangement fee which gets added to the mortgage. Free valuation and free legal fees.
• 5 year fixed = 3.39% - £460 per month over 25 years, £199 arrangement fee which gets added to the mortgage. Free valuation and free legal fees.

what are your thought?

    I wonder if Simon thinks a new deal from his existing lender is a remortgage and what he is in fact comparing are customer retention options?

    Being told the mortgage amount would help, too.

    Brokers are not allowed to give you details over the forum.
    If you want to look at the whole BTL market why not employ a " Whole of market mortgage broker " and pay for the service.
