cisco.com emails

I am getting a huge amount of assorted emails from cisco.com this varies from lottery to random health care and everything in between, I mark them as junk and block the sender but its having no effect.

Any suggestions on how I can stop this please ?

    It doesn't seem very likely that they will actually be from cisco.com so if that's the address you've tried to block it probably won't work and you need to find out what the real originating address is.

    I block them all where ever they are from but its having no effect.

    Block cisco .com .
    By setting up a Message Filter in your email client
    From name and action is either delete or move message to trash / junk folder .

    Source of message is
    VIEW Message source .
