I am trying to contact Tesco Bank Savings division. All I can find is an 0845 or 0345 phone number. As these numbers are expensive on my phone package, does ay one know of a Regional or 0800 phone number. i only one I can find are related to credit cards. Nothing on say no to 0870 than is specificaly for savings. Thanks

Use the 0345 number (which has replaced the 0845 number); it costs the same as calling an 01/02 number and is included in any calling package. Eg. if you get unlimited minutes on your mobile you won't pay any extra to call 0345.

Numbers starting 084, 087 and 09 are premium rate with an additional Service Charge paid to the benefit of the called party and their telecoms provider.
Numbers starting 03 are charged at the same rate as calls to 01 and 02 numbers and count towards inclusive allowances on landlines and mobiles.
If you are paying a high rate for your calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers then you are on the wrong call plan or with the wrong provider.

The numbers you need are here:

0345 678 5678
This is charged at the same rate as any other 01 or 02 number.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
"From 26 October 2015, financial services firms will be banned from using pricey premium rate numbers for existing customers. Instead customers will be charged no more than the standard rate of geographic numbers beginning 01, 02, 03."

You can phone 0141 537 3201 which is the switchboard. Ask for the savings section and they will transfer you.here is a short option asking if you are an existing Tesco Bank account holder or a New customer. Very simply no problem at all.0
