Quickest way to end Webinterpret listings?

I finally had enough of Webinterpret.
Their translations are atrocious but the final straw is that I sold a listing yesterday on Ebay.de and it is still for sale today on the u.k. site.
I just can't afford this kind of stock error.
Anyone know the quickest way to end listings? I have looked at my active listings on the German site but no idea how to end them as my German is pretty much non existant. There must be a way to filter them from the u.k. site but I can't figure out how.

When I cancelled mine I just phoned them up and told them to do it for me- and my listings were gone in a few hours.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Last time I tried to cancel they talked me into staying on! Definitely not going to this time.
I phoned a couple of times to tell them they were rubbish- and they told me to persevere as sometimes it took a few months to get going properly. Then when I phoned determined to cancel they just said fine and did it. They warned me I would probably get a lot of marketing calls to persuade me to go back- and said that it might be an idea to take up a free offer again later if they called me - but they have never contacted me since.
I went from selling absolutely nothing in Europe for the few weeks I was on the scheme- to selling at least a third of my stuff to Europe once I left it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The odd thing is I now seem to be getting new products auto translated without even asking anyone. Some of the translations seem a bit off but so far no complaints and as I've had nothing to do with the translations so I'd assume Amazon would be to blame if there were any.
As far as cancelling goes, I just emailed them I think, I don't recall any great problems. That was Amazon though, I'd never used them on Ebay..0
