Equifax problem

Hi all
On checking my report I noticed that it was showing that I had lived at my current address for 0 years, which is incorrect. I rang them and they told me that it was an error that only affected the display and that if I applied for credit it would come back as 9 years which is the correct term.
So I decided to do the mse eligibility which previously shown as 90-95% acceptance rate, and it came back as 0 for everything. There is nothing else on my report (no defaults, ccjs, late payments, over limits etc) so am not convinced.
Has anyone else noticed this problem?

They might be correct, as the search that MSE does is a "soft" search and (as I understand it) so is a search of your own file.
I haven't had this issue personally though.0
