Boiler what are the best ones/fair quote?

Hi all
I am a single dwelling Landlord and boiler needs to be replaced.
I have had a quote for an Ideal imini combi for £1375 + VAT fitted, with 3 year warranty. This goes up to £1630 + VAT for Ideal independent plus with 7 year warranty . Also a Vaillant will cost £1620+vat with a 7 year warranty
I have had a look online and the reviews are not great for Ideal but some people say they are great. I do want one that's not going to keep needing work done but then I don't want to spend the earth either.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Baxi, Atag or Intergas, fitting charge will be the same the only diff will be the cost of the boilerI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
