Can't work out how to attach legs/castors to oil radiator

Got a new one but the guide is so basic it doesnt even show pictures about how to do it.
May scan the "guide" to show.
It shows a few small pics but assumes you know what you are doing, it has these brackets with holes that you mount the castors but doesn't mention how to slide the bracket onto the radiator and cant align holes.
Its a Fine Elements 1500w.

The back bit looks similar but the front attachment has a curve to it, think that helps thanks as the picture did look like looping the metal around it but didnt make it clear enough.0
