I would find out the frequency of bills - ie: do they send them out on the last day or Friday of each month, or on the 1st of each month, or even every 28 days? There will be a pattern they follow and the trick is to submit your meter readings a couple days before the statement is generated.
Doing this will ensure your bill is bang up-to-date and should avoid any surprises cropping up in the future.0 -
