Hi everybody! I need some help from a person who has a good understanding of London market. I`m newbie in property investment. I have already made two deals in my country and currently I`m selling my propety and while this in the process - I`m considering interesting proposals about overseas real estate.
I have some offers from all over the world of course. But I have heard that the price of real estate in London has fallen. Is it true?
I have offer in London that fits my budjet but before I`m going to visit it and discuss properly, I want to gather some information. What do you think regarding appartment for £350,000 50 m² — 7,000 £ /m²? Location is near the centre.
Is it profitable or not to invest in this property now, or I should wait awhile?
Thanks in advance!

pay a professional investment adviser for help as you show very little knowledge of this overseas market.0

I hear Barking is a good place now a days."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Unfortunately people from overseas like you who see the UK (and specifically London) housing market as a financial tool from which to make profit is a key contributing factor towards ridiculous levels of house price inflation that has left many local people being priced out of living in their hometown.
So forgive me if I don't have any sympathy for your dilemma.0 -
I don't think many of us ordinary joes will have much of an idea about price per square foot as we're generally looking for somewhere to live or maybe rent out.
London prices are not as a whole falling, but the new thresholds for stamp duty mean that the million-plus end of the market is slow and often having to drop prices.
'Ordinary' homes are still climbing, alas.0
