I have a B&Q Valencia Monobloc mixer tap in my bathroom sink. It is about 2 yrs old and have suddenly become very tight/jammed. I understand that they have something called ceramic disc cartridge which can be replaced. However, can't see how I can take off tap head to remove cartridge. Any ideas?

Hi
If you pick out the little plastic blue and red plug under the handle you will find a screw (it might be a hex head type). That will release the handle.
