Have searched and can't see this posted anywhere. Open to many countries including the UK and lots of prizes to be won so thought it would be worth posting for those of you who like effort competitions.

Think up an idea for a 30-second DORITOS brand commercial to air during the broadcast of Super Bowl 50. Make it bold. Make it action-packed. Make it funny. Make it something we’ve never seen before. It’s up to you. Just make it awesome. Read the Official Rules and then download the toolkit to get started.
The grand-prize winner will be selected by DORITOS fans and will see his or her ad aired during the Super Bowl broadcast. The 3 finalists will enjoy the game from a private suite at the Super Bowl, but only one will take home the $1,000,000 grand prize.

ELIGIBILITY:

Open only to persons who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence who are legal residents of Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, South Korea, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia and Puerto Rico) and have a valid Google YouTube account. Void in any country or territory not specifically listed above or where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Inquiries in relation to other countries or territories not named above should be made directly with the Sponsor.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Contest: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. (“WB”), DC Comics, Cruel and Unusual Films, APM Music, Video Blocks, Celtx, Media Monks, Google/YouTube, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, insurance agencies, judging and promotions agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, “Contest Parties”), the NFL Entities (as defined below), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or "step") and those living in the same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Contest) of each such employee, contractor, director or officer.
CONTEST PERIOD:

You may enter the Contest between 12:00:00 pm (noon) Central Time in the United States (“CT”) on September 9, 2015 and 11:59:59 pm CT on November 15, 2015 (“Contest Period”).


5. PRIZE DETAILS:

FORTY-SEVEN (47) SEMI-FINALIST PRIZES: From the Semi-Finalists announced, up to forty-seven (47) Semi-Finalist Winners who are not selected as Finalists will each be eligible to receive a semi-finalist prize (“Semi-Finalist Prize”) consisting of two thousand United States Dollars ($2,000.00 USD) or the local currency equivalent for non-U.S. winners (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check, payable to Semi-Finalist Winner, or where cash prizes are prohibited by law, the equivalent amount in gold or other form that is permissible). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Semi-Finalist Prize is $2,000.00 USD or the local currency equivalent for non-U.S. winners.
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize Winner will receive a prize consisting of the Game Trip Prize (as defined below) and one-hundred thousand United States Dollars ($100,000.00 USD) or the local currency equivalent for a non-U.S. winner (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check payable to the First Prize Winner, or where cash prizes are prohibited or limited by law, the equivalent amount in gold or other form that is permissible). ARV of First Prize (inclusive of Game Trip Prize) is $130,000.00 USD.
Game Trip Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner and two (2) First Prize Winners (each also a “Game Trip Winner”) will receive a trip for the Game Trip Winner to attend Super Bowl 50 (“Game”) scheduled to occur on February 7, 2016 in San Francisco, CA (“Game Trip”). Each Game Trip Winner may bring one (1) guest (“Guest”) who may attend the Game with a standard seating stadium ticket as described below . For clarity, Guests will not receive a ticket to watch the Game from the DORITOS® suite. Game Trip Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for the Game Trip winner and his/her Guest from a major gateway airport near Game Trip Winner’s residence within their country of residence; five (5) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations in or around San Francisco, California; one (1) ticket for Game Trip Winner to the Game to watch the Game from the DORITOS® suite (ticket terms and conditions apply); one (1) ticket for a Guest to watch the Game from general seating (ticket terms and conditions apply; location and selection of seat in Sponsor’s sole discretion); and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel. Travel dates: February 3, 2016 – February 8, 2016. ARV of each Game Trip Prize: $30,000.00 USD. Actual value may vary depending on Game Trip Winner’s point of travel origin, airfare and hotel fluctuations. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
The following travel conditions apply to all travel contemplated under these Official Rules: Airport, airline, tickets and/or hotel accommodations for the Game Trips are to be selected by Sponsor. Only to the extent required by applicable law, the Game Trip Prize will include a per diem allowance of $50 per person per day. All meals, gratuities, and other expenses associated with the Game Trip Prize not specifically mentioned in these rules are the Game Trip Winner’s sole responsibility. All travel must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor, or Game Trip Prize will be forfeited. Each Game Trip Winner and his/her Guest must travel on same itinerary. Each Game Trip Winner’s Guest must be the age of majority in his or her country of residence. Guests will also be required to complete and sign a Liability Release prior to traveling. Seating assignment at the Game are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Game Trip Winner and/or Guest’s participation in any or all activities associated with the Game Trip Prize are voluntary. In the event that the Game Trip Winner and/or Guest elect not to participate in any or all designated activities for the prize, Game Trip Winner will be afforded no additional compensation in exchange therefore. Game Trip Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid driver’s license, passport, visa, etc.) required for travel, and must have no restrictions on their ability to travel, including the right to enter the destination country, or any country entered during their travel itinerary. Once Game Trip Winner’s Guest is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Game Trip Winner’s proximity to the Super Bowl, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Game Trip Winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Game Trip Prize-related services or accommodations. The Sponsor is not liable if travel is impeded by reason of decisions of government authorities, or other airline or airport authorities. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Game Trip Winner at the time of notification. Game Trip Winner and his/her Guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. If a Game Trip Winner is unable to attend the Game for any reason, including inability to obtain a visa for travel, Game Trip Winner forfeits the Game Trip Prize portion of the Grand Prize or First Prize as applicable and no cash equivalent shall be awarded.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize consisting of the Game Trip Prize and one million United States Dollars ($1,000,000.00 USD) or the local currency equivalent for a non-U.S. winner (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check, payable to Grand Prize Winner, or where cash prizes are prohibited or limited by law, the equivalent amount in gold or other form that is permissible). ARV of Grand Prize (inclusive of Game Trip Prize) is $1,030,000.00 USD.
To the extent that the amount of the Grand Prize or First Prize is limited by applicable law, the Grand Prize and/or First Prize winner will be awarded the amount of his/her prize permitted by law and the difference will be donated to a charity mutually agreed by Sponsor and the applicable Grand Prize and/or First Prize winner. The Grand Prize Winner Submission may be aired during the Super Bowl 50 broadcast. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties about where/when/if Grand Prize Winner’s Submission will air during the broadcast.
LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON/ENTRANT. WINNERS WILL RECEIVE THE HIGHEST PRIZE THEY ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ONLY AND NOT PRIZES FOR LOWER LEVELS. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE DECISION OF THE SPONSOR JUDGING SUBMISSIONS AND A PUBLIC VOTE.
