    There is a brand called bouja-bouja that my son bought me for my birthday. They are chocolate truffles but actually have no dairy or gluten in although they are 55% cocoa solids ,so if dairy is the problem with choc eating rather than the actual cocoa then they are yummy and come in different flavours.
  • Fudge - Coconut milk and sugar
    Peanut butter fudge

    This is assuming high sugar is OK for her. And that some kind of fats are OK. Is she keeping a food diary? That can help isolate triggers.

    I have lots of sympathy - I was diagnosed with IBS and have lots of food intolerances and allergies. You become used to working around them
