Northampton train station parking

Tried to park in the Northampton train station car park today, it was full, managed to park on the end of a row (along with many others) half on the kerb and half on the road.
When returning i had a ticket issued by Meteor parking, the reason for the parking ticket was breach code 11 - parked on double yellow lines.
Can Meteor enforce this or do I need to pay the fine?

Fine, what fine?

Please read the Newbies 'READ THIS FIRST' thread at the top of the forum and email/electronically send the template appeal from that sticky thread, around day 26. Same as every private parking ticket.

Then at POPLA stage one of your main appeal points will be 'no keeper liability' as no Notice to Keeper has been served by day 56.

DO NOT APPEAL AS DRIVER AT EITHER STAGE.
