small biz here always done my own simple accounts but have just got a new vehicle on php.
What is the correct method of offsetting against tax as I am finding varied answers online.
Am i right in thinking its 40% allowance for business use with php?
confused but don't want to spend 500 quid on accountant..

If you're getting quotes for £500 then ypu're asking the wrong accountants. Mine charge £250 for book keeping and tax return.
You would be wise to get an accountant. They will save you far more than their fees on tax.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
