The prize is return flights from a selected UK airport to Lapland with 3 nights’ full-board accommodation and overseas transfers.
Accommodation is based on two adults and two children (aged 2-14) sharing. The prize will also include a 40-minute husky experience, 40-minute snowmobile adventure, reindeer sleigh ride, search for Santa, private family meeting with Santa, gift for children, festive dinner, hire of thermal suits and boots and a welcome meeting.
If for any reason we cannot offer these excursions, it shall be at icelolly and the Tour Operator’s discretion to offer alternatives. UK departure airports and dates include Manchester – 13th Nov, Bristol – 20th Nov, Doncaster – 27th Nov, Gatwick – 8th Dec and Glasgow – 11th December and are subject to availability. Alternative departure airports and dates may be available at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that all travellers have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visa for their trip.
Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winner.
Prize excludes: Ground transfers to and from the UK airport, excursions (with the exception of the above), attractions, treatments and car hire, travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses, visas. The tour operator’s booking conditions apply which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
