anyone? please?0

I don't know about M&S but the exchange rate used when making payments or withdrawals with a Nationwide VISA debit card can be found HERE. As Nationwide don't 'load' the exchange rate in their favour, enter a zero in the 'Bank Fee' box. This space has been intentionally left blank0

Ohhhhh I see. Or they don't want you to know it's them!Met someone who incorporated the same username into their email address. It's in my telephone address book. Maybe there's more than one.

vix2000 - M&S rates in-store are the same as online, we had to get Euros recently and certainly our local store rates were same. I'm sure you've seen the Travel Money Maximiser already

We always use Nationwide Flexaccounts when abroad to withdraw currency from ATMs. When you look at your statement you will always find that they use a commercial rate to convert to pounds, which is far better than the tourist rates you get either here or in exchange places abroad.
Remember, though, that many ATMs abroad now ask if you want to be billed in pounds or euros. Always opt for euros (or whatever it is locally) or it will convert at a lousy rate by the owner of the ATM.0
