Paysafe blocked my account for no reason.

Hello there. My name is Claudiu and I need your help.
2 weeks ago me and some guys started a little bussiness which provided us with money in paysafe, people would give us paysafe codes so we can boost them in a game, so that is totally fine. We got like 200 euro in 2 months and 1 week ago we sent paysafe a message asking them if they can send the money to our bank account and in exchange they keep a part of it, and they replied saying that they do that if they are asked and we can proceed.
The owner of the paysafe and the bank account gave them all the info, including the identity card, but after a few days they blocked our account for
"Your paysafe card account has been blocked from tranzactions for security reasons. Extend yourself at Unlimited status to confirm your identity and then get in touch with our service team" - not the best translate since it was written in Romanian.
Now for a 1 week we did what they asked, we confirmed the identity and they keep sending us the same email all the time, how they ask us again the identity even though we sent it, and saying they sent our case to some department.
Can someone help me? Why would this happen? We did not even spend our money from the card, we just gathered more and more and eventually asked them to be delivered in the bank.
Thanks!

Are you over 16? Are you resident in the UK? What has been sent as proof of identity?
Theres also this in their T&C'sPlease note:
It is prohibited to sell, trade in, or purchase, paysafecards via unauthorised internet platforms. This
prohibition explicitly refers to so-called "exchange platforms", where paysafecard PINs are offered for sale
illegally. PSC reserves the right to block attempts to load sums onto the my paysafecard account using PINs
that have been purchased unlawfully, and/or to prevent the use of the account balance achieved using
unlawfully purchased PINs to make payments.
Theres also the possibility your earnings would count as taxable income and also that you breached the games T&C's (I know a few that prohibit this kind of thing). Not that I think those last 2 are the reason your account has been frozen. Its most likely either because you've hit a limit or because of the above - if they are giving you the codes then its likely an unauthorised platform - apparently the only authorised ones are via online shops that take you to paysafecard portal to input the code. You keep using that word. "Are you over 16? Are you resident in the UK? What has been sent as proof of identity?"
Yes I am over 16, I am not resident of the UK, I thought anyone can do a paysafe cardnot only UK people. I sent my identity card (the one with personal info as CNP, the one you use to cross borders of countries etc). They also asked for driver license but I don't have one and they asked for the last codes we put into it but that is not an easy job, we will try find them.
All the codes were taken from Paysafe machines, you can't take them any other way in Romania. There are paysafe machines in stores (not only paysafe but including them) that allow you to charge money and get the code, they are official.
Until we can do an officialy legal company for our bussiness, we use the state procedure where we declare our venues at the end of the month, so what we do is legal.
The thing is they gave us no info about what the problem is, they keep sending the same message over and over again everytime we ask and it is pretty annoying, since we worked for that sum of money and it is not theirs. I understand if they take a part of it as comission for sending the money to our bank account, that is totally fine, but blocking/stealing our money is not.0 -
The message they keep sending:
"For security reasons the access to your account has been blocked. Your case has been redirected to the Technical Department and it is in processing state
For an easy and quick sollutioning (sry for english) of your case, it is necesary to send us a document (image type) containing your identity act together with the last 5 paysafe codes you have charged in the account.
We ask you to send the document at info@paysafecard.com and assure it is readable and not bigger than 5 MB."0 -

Their terms and conditions state this about my paysafecard accounts - not sure if this is what you have:2. Prerequisites
2.1. The customer must be at least 16 (sixteen) years of age and be resident in the United Kingdom to open a my
paysafecard account and must provide an official proof of identity. PSC is entitled to request proof of age from
the customer at any time.
The T&C's also say they require official proof of identity - such as passport (not sure if what you mention qualifies) and a letter with your current address for a government body or regulated company (ie utility bill, letter from bank etc).
However, your above point about how you're obtaining cards. I presume you mean people buy the cards/credit and then provide you with the codes to input into your account? If so, that is an unauthorised platform - the only ones authorised by them to use the account for selling goods/services seems to be merchants who provide a portal for the customers to input the codes themselves. You keep using that word. I don't understand thought, they let us open a mypaysafe card in LEI (romanian currency), so how do only UK people are allowed to open if they let us open in our own currency. Take note that we can only receive paysafes from Romania.
Secondly, I don't see how it is not authorized.. People go to paysafe official machines, they put money, the machine gives them a code, and they give us the code in exchange for our service. Maybe we should have done merchant account but i don't see why this would not be legal
I did give them identity card already which equals with a passport in this case.0 -
Also how do they know that it is not me that puts paysafe codes everyday in the card? They have no way to check that so I believe it is not the reason they blocked it.0

It's probably because of money laundering regulations.
Romanians who are UK residents may wish to open an account in LEI to enable them to send and receive payments from friends and family in Romania and provided that they have UK residency, the required legal checks could be carried out very easily.0 -
Ok, thank you for the help and answers guys
I will wait for them to answer too, if not, then I probably have nothing to do.

I think Paysafecard does opperate in many other countries as well as the UK.
Towards the bottom of their (UK) homepage there is the opportunity to choose a location other than The United Kingdom.
There are forty-six choices, including Romania.
As I cannot read the T&Cs in Romanian, I cannot say whether or not they insist that the participant resides in the UK, but I suspect not.
I can however read the Australian T&Cs and they do not make this stipulation.0
