Tax Credits Final Calculation - Still nothing?

We renewed our tax credits back in June but still haven't heard anything. Is it normally this late?
We over estimated our income from (When the child was born)Nov - Mar as my partner was on maternity and didn't earn much. We got a text saying it would be 8 weeks back in June!

I renewed online in June and still havent received my award letter. I have rung up several times and been told just to wait. Rang yesterday and was told it has been sorted and I will receive it in the next few days.0
