How do I open a second BOS Vantage account?

This is for a single (not joint) account. I already have one, I believe a second one can be opened, possibly a third.
When opening my second TSB account last year, I remember I had to go through a special link on the main page after logging on so both accounts could be managed under the same user account.

I just logged in and applied, it went through without a problem.0

I applied for acct 2 and 3 a few days apart. I just did them all online without being logged onto online banking and the system joined them all up under a single online banking logon.0
