I have received a quotation through the seller's estate agent for conveyancing.
Included is £240.00 for local search, water and drainage (land registry bankruptcy and mining are separate). Also included is £90.00 for SDLT.
Property is going to best and final offers this Friday. The conveyancer will receive a sum of £225.00 from the solicitors. Total price £1100.00

Well for a start i wouldn't be using ANY estate agents conveyancing services. Let alone those of the vendor.0
