Coloured Title Deeds. Help!

Hi,
I am after a bit of advice please.
We are currently 5 months (!!) down the line with trying to move house, we have been ready for 3 months and our buyer I believe for the last month. We are all waiting on the buyer at the bottom of the chain. We were lead to believe that they were all ready last Friday and were expecting to hear dates however having just spoken to our estate agents they are not ready at all! Apparently their solicitors are insisting on coloured copies of the Title Plans, they want to see the boundary marked in red. Our estate agents have said they are just being picky and could accept a black and white copy which is what is registered at Land Registry. Unfortunately my solicitor is off sick today so I have been unable to ask her.
Does anybody know if it has to be a colour copy for the Title Plans? Anybody any advice on getting things moving? I'm desperate now and the people we are buying from are getting very impatient which is understandable!
Just to clarify it is the solicitor at the bottom that is holding it up, they are dealing with the person purchasing from our buyer. Hope that makes sense!
Thanks.

Different colours mark out different things, so I would think that in some cases you need to be able to tell which colour is which...0

If the deeds refer to "land/building marked in red" it needs to be marked in red.
And if there are six bits of land marked in different colours, B&W does nothing. Most I have seen are coloured. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Thanks everyone. Does anyone know how long it takes to get hold of colour copies? Apparently the ones at Land Registry are black and white so they are trying to get some from the management company. It is a flat that they are buying so not sure if that makes a difference.0

When I moved house a few months ago this was all done online by the Conveyancer. They had direct online access, so when I queried the boundary due to my paper copies being a bit blurred they sent me screenshot immediately which were in colour.0

Title plans are held by us in colour and issued in colour so if this relates to such a plan then I suspect they have simply copied it on a B&W copier.
A coloured title plan can be obtained online immediately or by post in a couple of days so I suspect they are really referring to another plan relevant to the sale and not the title plan here“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Land Registry. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -
And every conveyancer (or commercial property lawyer) has a pack of crayons in their desk drawer...with the red being far shorter than all the other colours. If the colour printer is broken, you just print a black and white one and get colouring in...We may not have it all together, but together we have it all
