Latest major Win 10 update fails

The latest update (cumulative update KB3081438) fails to install on my 64 bit laptop - I see that it is available as a 360 Mb manual download !!

The tabs (install resources /package details) on the page don't work !
This link does not appear to offer me any download link though - does anyone have a working link ?
You select the MORE INFORMATION link - this takes you back to the HOW TO OBTAIN THE UPDATE page - Grrrr !!
I am considering reverting to a working OS - Win 7 !!
