Bugs!

I've just moved into a new flat, ground floor. Not lived on ground floor before.. gather I may have a somewhat more direct battle with bugs? Its an old converted factory here.
Anyway, I've noticed intermittently, a few small brown bugs climbing the walls! Here are some photos I took:

How can I find out what they are?
I first noticed them in the bathroom, climbing out behind where the toilet cistern is concealed. Also I've noticed some in the kitchen crawling out from under the plynth boards. And some in the hall walls, presumably crawled out of where the light switches provide an escape from behind the plaster board.
Theres not many of them. Some days I see none. Other days I see up to about 10. They're never in groups, just one here, one there.
The flat was very dusty when I took ownership a few weeks ago. So maybe these things have been living on the dust.. and as I clean and hoover everything, they will start to get the message that this is not their home. I've also sprayed a few choice areas with some cat flea spray I found which seems to kill them. I have a cat here, but she does not have fleas, or these bugs on her.. thankfully.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Do I need to panic and burn all my clothes???

I hear the cry of the silence around me.
