Big BT problem - can't get anything to load :mad:

Mine went so slow this afternoon - worse than the old dial-up days. Back to normal now. I was wondering if it was the weather affecting things?

Streetlights, the apg doesn't scan in some a's because the tills have had a new system upgrade and/or staff do not know what they are doing re new ways of inputting apg's/coupons. They are making it up if they have told you that no scan means they won't accept them. I would contact head office and tell them that a's are refusing to accept their own vouchers, tell them the store name and get them re educated. It took me 3 attempts via hq but eventually 1 large store near me are beginning to know what to do with apg's. Another store 5 minutes away still don't know what to do so override and input the amounts. Good luck

Hi rockyrose , I hope you are well. Thank you for your reply I will call them tomorrow. I might try the store again in a few days time.
