I'm still in bed Nanny I reached for my phone earlier and I have pulled something in my shoulder. I expect it was waiting to happen a after lugging those beer kegs around. Trouble is because my hands struggle with any weight it has knock on affect elsewhere. Was hoping pain would ease after bit if stretching......but think going to have to take some pain relief.

I struggled with the kettle and teapot last night too what a state to be in. :(

Get that pain relieve down you Tiny you need to be in top form for when you go to the IDH show ...also you need to sort your footwear out for that too ..I sound like you Mum now don't I ? ...;)

After my near the top score on the quiz yesterday...I feel its only right to point out that today I'm firmly holding up the rear.

Soup/noodles and squares are sadly not tempting enough so I think I will give shopping a miss today
....but I could be persuaded out for a deo glitch!

I feel so useless sometimes at least it takes no strength to type and I don't have to use my thumbs so can still talk to you all here. :D

Think might get Mr TS to polish up my oldest walking boots for the day really comfortable as long as it does not rain they are over 15 years old. But I don't know how well they will scrub up as I have worn them down the allotment. :rotfl:

Well it feels worse now I am sat up, neck, and left side of chest and back all hurt. Hurts to turn my head or sit up straight. Not sure being the best wife and getting all that beer was worth this. Think I am owed a massage tonight. :o
