Hi Annabell, if you're going back for more wait until the weekend when it will be on offer for £1.99. Best to go on Saturday as they normally sell out by Sunday:)

I've had several dysons over the years with various amounts of success and some that havent been as good.

I have a dc33 at the moment its a big heavy thing but actually its quite good...the more lightweight models seem to be the ones that are not as well made and I had to throw away a purple and green ligherweight model because as you said some are very flimsy.

Recently I have got one of the v6 handheld cordless ones which is quite sturdy until you get to the unit where the dust collects, the catch is so rubbish I have already had a replacment under the guarantee and I only bought the vacuum 2 months ago.

got to say dyson is a bit hit and miss...some of the older models are great..but the newer ones are not as good quality and the dust collecting bins seem to be getting smaller and smaller.

I have a 15 year old DC04, a few bits have fallen off it (with the help of my son :( ) but it is still going strong, wish they still made them like that.

Had to mow the lawns on Monday, I have flowers on my raspberries and on my strawberries.

    some queries about Pizza Express

has everyone got their codes from nectar.com for 1000 points?
has anyone tried to use their codes?
if so have the codes actually worked - I suspect these are the same length ie too long as the last ones were.

has anyone tried using the new 1000 codes alongside the Tesco midweek deal or alongside the nectar 500=£5 deal - ie more than one code at a time?

the £5 for 500 points code thingy is on its last day - does anyone know if you have to use your £5 straight away or does it have a long expiry date?

Who is going to Pizza Express for the snowballs offer tomorrow? It is being hyped up endlessly on their FB page and I suspect they will have queues out of the door as soon as they open.

I think my first dyson was a dco3 or possibly dc04....its still going strong and being used in one of our rentals.
you cant beat the older models!

Although when we first got engaged the MIL bought us an upright Panasonic vacuum...it was brilliant and again lasted for years..I think I gave it away when the dysons came out that were bagless but I wish I still had it. it was so good.

I loved my older DC model, and have never had a problem with them, like I said earlier, the one I bought few months ago, is solid, plastic, but this new one is really cheap plastic. :(:(
