Started reading a book 'Afternoon Tea at The Sunflower Cafe' at 11pm last night - eventually made myself stop at 1.30am.
Started again reading whilst in a very hot bath & the book is now beckoning to me from the table... :rotfl:

Wow my mirror must be lying to me
You must look young enough to have children (SSM slightly jealous!)I take these also - twice a day - I saw a specialist 4 years ago who took one look at me and said "you are fat on the inside - lose weight" 3 stones later I manage by not drinking the fizz, avoiding spicy. Eating out is a nightmare as I can't take tomato.
Bubbs - did you get the prescription strength gaviscon to take at bedtime? that's a big help as well.
I know how to get fat on the outside, but not on the inside.....:o
Three stones is very impressive x100 -
