    Msm thinks that offer on the giftpack in T is a "top offer" for that place too:(*:rotfl:. Mind you I think we had one the other week where there was a 'savvy buy' on a product that had doubled in price - and moreover the price graph (as seems quite usual) was now showing it going down to the current price and no indication that it had been lower and had just gone up! I think you know this though - I usually treat those graphs with caution.

    *The "top" offer, if there is any such offer on that product at all, and I'd say there wasn't, is to ignore the offer and buy comparing vs A.

    They try everything don't they?:rotfl:

    Including a really high (might be said to be "inflated"*) price of £7 on this.
    This is an offer in W at the moment (I probably could have picked any store and found something similar on some other product but I just happened to notice this one) - 2 for £8 still works out at over 17p per wash:eek::rotfl:.

    Persil Non Biological Powder - 23 Washes (1.61Kg)

    £7.00 any 2 for £8.00 30.4p / 17.4p / Wash

    New offers start in W [Strike]on Monday[/Strike] in a few days' time so I think we're probably best letting some of them expire don't you? and having a look after then;):D:rotfl:.

    *Msm seems to suggest that £7 price is "16% above average", so it could certainly be called "inflated" on that basis, even though we might think it was a lot more (such as maybe nearer 50%:rotfl:! Or maybe even more as, really, a 23:( wash ought to be £2.30 or even £1.95 or lower RTC as I may have seen before - in fact probably on the 25 wash before that got abandoned and downsized. Of course my £2.30 prices are harsh and unrealistic:rotfl::rotfl: - really harsh, but extremely fair:D:D:D:rotfl: - quite a bit too fair:eek: in fact as really way too much:rotfl:).

    Crisp 'n Dry Vegetable Oil (1L)

    Store_3.15px.png
    [Strike]£2.00[/Strike] £1.00 10p / 100ml
    Store_2.15px.png
    £1.99

    As opposed to the horrid 2L version that will undoubtedly lose out vs Sains. at the moment. If you only have a Sains available to you (heaven forbid:eek::rotfl:) (and it's not one of the excluded stores), it seems buy the 2L in Sains to try to match A and, hopefully, to encourage S to bring the price of that down to £2 for the rest of us, thank you:D:rotfl:.

    Alright, I just happened to have come back - but I think that's enough from me for now (as if:rotfl: ) - goodbye, see ya!:wave::wave:

    I'm still on series 1 as want to see it all. Nome looks very grubby but I would love to be there and give it a go.

    Another one I'm watching is Gold Rush, again Series 1 so I can follow their progress. Great stuff.

    I think I have gold fever :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
