I was rather chuffed that I finally have a badge...but looking on other threads I can see everyone has one....10 posts is the smallest I've seen!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -

So I've finally used up my Amazon code - the one you got when you spent £40 on gift cards and they emailed you a £10 code.
I've been wrestling with it on and off for weeks and finally figured that it only seemed to work on fulfilled by Amazon items.
I keep a running amazon wish list of books and things that have glitched. My author has published 2 new books this year, neither have been available as e books even though one has been published 6 months now. So I got these and another from my list, I got free delivery and the code seemed to tale off £12.99, no idea why and the balance I paid for with my amazon credit - at least they were things I actually wanted for myself.
But it has also made me think that if you have a gift to buy for someone it might be worth asking if they have an amazon wish list that might have ideas“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Rapid hello from me this morning.
It's raining heavily here and I'm going shopping with ds1 then taking him home with his spoils. Well spoils is the opposite to what he will get.
Where he gets his shopping habits from I do not know. Buys carrier bags even though he has a drawer full at his place. Never glitch sjops or wombles
Hugs to those in need,
bubbs I hope you managed to get an appointment today and that the news isn't too bad x
right off I go to get ready, see you all later xThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
I am very excited about this :j
So you need to make purchases in Morrisons, Tesco or Asda but not Sainsburys - is this correct?
Is it any flavour?
So ideally 6 newspapers for 6 bottles - use the small APGS for these.
Then 6 bottles and a few other bits for Shopotize cashback eg toothbrushes - need to find the list on FB and then check against mys
Shower first
I am excited too.
I wonder if you have to redeem them today though.0 -

Where are the Waitrose experts please?
DD1 just phoned to ask me to add the Ariel Actilift gel 888ml to my picks. Have the option of the bio or colour one to add.
It's £7.50 each and on offer 2 for £8 at the moment. Does that mean they will cost £5 for the 2, £2.50 each seems a very good bargain.
I might even ask her to get a couple for me to help with her conditional spend again.0 -

Morning Tiny
By my reckoning I think you are spot on. The 20% should be £1.50 each, so an overall saving of £3.
