Hi.
watched hughs prog on waste.very good.
so sad on news about that police mans funeral and the plane crash.puts stuff inro perspective.thihk you have worries til you watch stuff like that.
TWEETS..have you tried some kind of dark tent in corner of room with poppys stuff in so she is near you but she can go inside.my springer had a cage with blankets inside and over so it was dark but it muffled alot of the sound.the door was always open and when he was stressed him used to go inside and it was like a nest, and he found it very calming.i always just left salwag and tried to carry on and not look at her, not ignoring her, just letting her see that I was around and I was pretending the fireworks werent there.after awhile she was better but it is just a case of keep trying to see what works. I watch the dog whisperer and he reccomends, no touch, no talk, no eye contact when the dog is stressed and to just carry on with stuff and the dog usually comes over in their own time, as if you comfort the dog when its stressed, you create a vicious circle that keeps the dog stressed.
I hope you find the solution as I think the fireworks are getting longer every year.i think fireworks should only be sold to professional events and the bangers should be banned.
