    450g turkey mince
3 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
Finely grated zest of a lime
    4 spring onions
    Freshly ground black pepper
    Handful of fresh coriander

Mix all together. It will be a wet mixture but that's ok. Shape into burgers and grill for 6-7 minutes each side.

Serve with whatever you fancy :D
