    Good morning :)

My sparkling mystery case has just arrived.

3 bottles of De Vallois champagne £19.99 per bottle
    1 bottle of I Love Prosecca £8.99
1 bottle of Condesa de Flores £14.99
1 bottle of Prosecca Plaza Centro £6.50

I'm happy with it for £40. May not be as good as other cases (gives me a good excuse to order another case when/if they come back in stock) but certainly well worth the price I paid. :D

Glad you are happy the De Vallois is a Bronze award winner.

Condesa de Flores is quite nice I have had that before it is usually around for half that price but as you say good box for the money. Not a Lambrusco in sight thankfully. ;)
  • I too have 100 Nectar points for 2 visits to the petrol station. OH went there a couple of days ago :( Still, might manage it.

Same here, still better than nowt :)

Morning all. Just had a glorious 10 hours of kip. Not sure what I was thinking when I agreed to work 14 continuous days knowing I have 120 cupcakes to make tonight/tomorrow with a wedding cake too :rotfl: Thankful today is my last day!

    :)

Just spent 2 hours planning a day trip from Wales to Surrey to visit my Dad

It can be done if I leave at 6.30am tomorrow - I get to spend 2 hours with him in hospital - then home on last train - back here at 10.30pm

This way my Mum doesn't have to stress about looking after guests :)

No I definitely have knickers M&S ones. :o

Thought that was your OH with hands clasped in the pic thinking what on earth are we going to do with all that. :rotfl:

My wine rack won't take fat bottomed bottles sadly. Some I could squeeze in if I wiggle them as the wood seems wider at certain points but I don't take a chance.

  • For those of us who can't cook very well, looks like today's potential new glitch might come in handy..;)

All the 74p Colman's packet sauces are in a 2 for £1 offer from today (I had them scanned when in my local earlier). The deal is, buy in twos and hopefully the apg will compare £1.48 v £1, returning 58p each time, making the packs 21p each.

Most flavours look like they compare to 50p in M, some 50p in W and lots 4 for £2 in T, so you can just about pick any shop to compare against.

I have had the De Vallois before, it is a very nice champagne. Haven't tried any of the others, good to know that the Condesa de Flores is OK :T I would have been disappointed with a Lambrusco. All the bottles will get drunk. Will definitely order another box :)
    Born to glitch :D
