But the theme of this thread is whether the CMA are recommending an end to free bank accounts.
And the news today (see my post above yours), unless I'm reading it wrong, is that they specifically are not recommending this.
So no immediate need to worry - unless one assumes the CMA recommendation will be ignored, or that CMA change their mind (the recommendation is 'provisional')0 -
