Lack of action re clean funds.

It has been the case for a while that only clean funds can be sold but existing dirty funds can be kept. In April 2016 the ability to take platform fees from the fund providers' charges ceases. So the platforms, not the fund managers, have to organise a transfer. In my case Bestinvest transferred towards the end of last year, YouInvest were clean anyway, Fidelity transferred at the start of this year and iii have yet to do anything. For iii this has meant that I have had to hold both clean and dirty versions of some funds.0

Most platforms should let you convert (without selling and buying) your dirty fund to the doe an equivalent.
I know the situation with HL at the moment is that you can instruct any of your funds to be converted from dirty to clean, conversions are queued up and are actioned on a quarterly basis.
Nothing stopping you switching (selling and buying) from the dirty to clean fund, but you would be out of the market for a day."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett
