Hello there,
A relative of mine died a year ago, leaving behind her husband, but no children. As a family, we assumed that all of her worldly goods would have been passed to him. About 8 months later, her will was discovered.
my relative was old when she died, as is her husband, he is suffering from mild dementia. My Grandmother is the executor of relatives will, and is refusing to seek legal advice, yet my grandma seems to think that she herself in inheriting from said relative.
I have read the will and i'm no legally minded person, but from what I've read, I believe all of relatives belongings are to go to her husband.
It really isn't anything to do with me, but my grandma is in a bit of confusion over it. Would it be worth me typing out parts of said will to see if anyone can decipher said will?!
Thanks in advance.

yes, but I'd suggest putting it in the Death, Funerals and Probate section of the forum. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
