system error exception not handled

I was hoping someone might be able to help me. My technical skills are poor and i have an error message on my laptop. It is a new (《6months old) and has system thread exception not handled.

i have a large piece of work to get done tonight that i cant do on my tablet and need to get it fixed. I have done the fix for this i found online but it says bcdedit not found but this is the command given.

this is the 2nd time i have got to this stage and the first time it started to reboot but came up original error page again and went back into continual restarting again and saying the error exists. Any suggestions for what to do next?
