Return earphones on amazon.es

Hi I bought some earphones back in May on amazon.es (they were cheaper than here in UK). Anyway, there's an issue with them now and I was wondering if I can return them for an replacement? Presumably warranty would still be valid?

There doesn't seem to be anything stated on amazon about this. Cheers.

It seems returns would be valid and so I guess I just have to send them back.

Yes, you should be able to return them, but you'd likely have to return them tracked to Amazon Spain, which could cost a fair bit.

Legal action might also be more challenging if it came to that, but Amazon are usually good, so if you return, I'd imagine they will replace or refund.

try contacting manufacturer for a repair , might be quicker and easier

Manufacturer sent me back to amazon. I asked to return it to amazon uk but they just referred me to amazon es. Cheers.

Of course you have to return to Spain, thats where you bought them from.
