Neither of them are legal aid. They are businesses who will take a cut of any money you are awarded.
So what percentage of any award will each company take, and what are their success rates for you to compare?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • So dose that me I can go with any off the solicitors, they said they don't take a cut due to me having leageL cover m insurance pays that then

You should not be touting for business on MSE.

If the OP has a question you should answer it on the forum unless it's of a confidential nature

Using the word "Albany Assailants" is a rather appropriate description of Albany Assistance.

I recommend you google Albany Assistance and or do a search of MSE before you make a decision as they have earned their poor reputation.

If you have legal protection cover with your Insurance then they will not normally take a cut (Typically 25%) of your compensation. If you use Albany they're more likely to take a percentage eg 25% from your compensation.

Read the paper work the claims companies give you so you understand what if any charges your liable for.

Injury compensation is a high pressure sale as the companies make big money. There is no rush for you to make a decision as you have three years from the date of the accident. So take your time, read the paperwork and do not be bullied into signing up to someone there and then.

If you're a member of a union, you may find they offer free legal cover for injuries eg no deductions
  • Only use Albony Assist, if you are a masochist, as you will be in a world of hurt for years after. They are one step up from scammers, that only appear legit, as your insurance sells them your details, they are only out to make themselves money, not to help you. Your insurance should deal with this, and you can insist they do, instead of use those shysters.

OP - I don't understand why you need either an accident management firm or any kind of legal outfit involved. The other driver has admitted fault, so just go straight to their insurer. Get medical reports on your injuries, and get your work to document how it's affected your earnings. There's no rocket science involved.
