Best balance transfer cards for poor credit rating?

Hi guys, I'm new to MSE. I have around £6000 of credit card debt spread across 2 different cards. I'm doing my best to make more than the minimum payment each month but the interest is making it very difficult. It's a long shot, but does anyone know of any balance transfer cards with decent limits for someone with a pretty poor credit rating? And has anyone with poor credit been successful in applying for these cards?

I just feel that if I could transfer the majority of my debt onto one card it would make payments much more manageable for me :(

Thanks in advance!

I don't see how this can help - unlike lower interest rate even if it's several cards, not one.

'Poor rating' is too vague term. So is 'decent limits' - without your income and other debts. Typically people start getting problems with getting big limits when their (available credit)/(income) ratio exceeds 50%.

There are 'soft' eligibility checkers in MSE articles and on many CC website - try them. Also consider Long-term low-rate cards and don't dismiss small credit limits - every little helps.

If eligibility checkers disappoint you try getting a loan that can be cheaper than your CCs.
