Not a lot you can do except leave a neg! 50 sim cards would only cost about £5 to post but that's all you won it for so he may as well try and get out of it.0
-
will definitely leave a neg, i'm not bothered about a retaliatory one in return, its only a buying ID i setup recently so not bothered, how do i go about reporting non seller?? (if thats what you call it??) like sellers can report non-payers?? anyone know? never been through something like this before0

I wouldn't leave one just yet, see if he tries to reclaim his fees!0

Don't threaten him with a neg but point him in the direction of this ebay policy http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/seller-non-performance.html0

now he comes back with this:
[FONT=Arial, Verdana]ok, sorry I am new to ebay please let me emphasies have done my upmost too sned them. I can send you 10 for £1 the loss is not so great that way.. once again let me appolagise for any inconvinence caused

i know, he's trying to pull out as he's not making anything on them :mad:0

If he can send you 10 for £1 he can send you 50 for £5 so ask him where he gets the £12 postage from.0

but he obviously thought OP was, due to having on 14 feedback
Yep..I use different buying ids with varying levels of feedback. The rubbish I get spouted at me from some sellers when I use a low feedback buying account is incredible. I am always amazed that there are sellers who treat buyers so badly. Just a few weeks ago I had a bid pulled as 'unwelcome' and an email explaining that they would not deal with newbies due to the exxtreme possibility of problems...OK I was using an account with only 7 feedback, but the seller only had 3 positive!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
