Gas cooker installation

I havent long moved into my new home and need an oven. As there's a gas connection pipe in the oven space, I have opted for a gas oven.

Now theres a problem. I haven't ordered it yet but i'm planning on buying it from AO. Installation is something like £80 for a gas safe installation. However what about the electric for it?

I have a normal plug socket with a cooker switch however according to AO, their cookers are to be hard wired.

Will the gas safe engineer hard wire it as well? Or does this mean the gas engineer will only connect the gas and then it will be up to me to find and pay an electrician to hardwire the electric part of it?
